March’s mixology – “Why is the rum gone?” – because we’ve turned it into sorbet!

March has been a busy month in the gelato/sorbet lab working producing new flavours for the upcoming spring/summer season …

Firstly we’ve been working on a very special collaboration with Barti Rum – A ginger, lime and spiced rum sorbet – launching Easter 2018 in a very special location! More info on this coming soon ….

As you know we’re very keen on catering for everyone – be that coeliacs, vegans and those that enjoy a cheeky drink or two!! So over the winter we’ve been perfecting a recipe for our four legged friends – that’s right – a doggy gelato!! Also launching at Easter !
